Adapting to a new Work Culture
The pandemic was a turning point for the IT industry. Overnight, work moved from offices tohomes, and what many thought would be a temporary adjustment ended up changing the waywe look at work forever. Remote work proved itself as more than a stopgap. It became a way of working that gave people both safety and flexibility without slowing down delivery.
At Rebaca, we leaned into that change. What started as a necessity has grown into a culture we are proud of today. We’ve built a system that respects balance without compromising on the quality of what we deliver. Our on-site employees spend three days a week in the office, while others across India work fully remote. The model is simple, but it works because it gives people the freedom to choose how they work best.

Flexibility here isn’t just a policy on paper. Breaks, time off, personal time- these things matter, and we respect them. There’s no culture of staying late to be seen, no pressure to work weekends. And it isn’t only HR or management driving this. Everyone has a role inbuilding and maintaining a culture, because it only truly works if people live it together.

Even with this flexibility, our teams have continued to deliver quickly, accurately, and with the same standard of quality that clients expect from us. If anything, trust and freedom have made us sharper and more effective.
The pandemic may have forced the first step, but the choice to continue with this way of working has been ours. At Rebaca, we know that adapting to change isn’t a one-time event. It’s something we’ll keep doing, together, as we grow.
