ABot-AI, developed by Rebaca Technologies, introduces a breakthrough: an Agentic AI-based RCA framework that transforms post-event analysis into intelligent, automated insight generation.  This solution simplifies the process of identifying and resolving network issues, empowering operators to build more resilient next-generation networks.

Rebaca’s ABot-AI has successfully completed Dell’s “AI for Telecom Certification” program. This certification was conducted within the Dell Open Telecom Ecosystem Lab (OTEL), a state-of-the-art environment where partners can innovate, test, and collaborate on cutting-edge telecom solutions.

The collaboration in OTEL was crucial for refining ABot-AI. We used our deep telecom expertise—spanning RAN, core network knowledge, and engineering capabilities—to help Rebaca fine-tune its AI models.  By leveraging Dell PowerEdge servers and our advanced AI infrastructure, Rebaca could test its solution in a complete, end-to-end network environment.  This one-stop-shop approach allowed for rapid iteration and validation, ensuring the ABot-AI solution delivers real-world value to mobile operators.

The certification process went beyond simple validation. It was a true collaboration. The OTEL environment provided the necessary tools and infrastructure for Rebaca to train and enhance its AI models. We simulated a variety of real-world network conditions, injecting specific error states and packet captures to test the accuracy of the ABot-AI platform.

This process enabled Rebaca to increase the accuracy of its inferences, using OTEL’s objective measurement tools to identify and address what was missing. The integration of our AI infrastructure with the end-to-end telecom test lines allowed Rebaca to refine its solution in a realistic setting, a critical step that cannot be accomplished in a vacuum. This synergy helped create a powerful solution that helps mobile operators diagnose complex issues efficiently.
